Manufacturing Diescan's toolmakers
have accumulated years of experience with the manufacturing
of a variety of automotive stamping dies. Our 50,000
sq. ft. plant, with 27,000 sq. ft. of assembly space,
allows our toolmakers to work with optimum efficiency
and safety.
Qaulity ControlThe contemporary
automotive market places extremely high demands
on all of its metal stamping suppliers. With tight
dimensional tolerances placed on each detail manufactured,
there is no room for marginal process. At Diescan,
we understand the need for the verification of dimensional
accuracy and repeatability. We utilize the latest
CMM Software, and perform complete capability studies
as requested by our clients. Our fully automated
coordinate measuring machine has a table capacity
of 900mm x 1500mm x 900mm allowing us to quickly
and accurately confirm large details.
